Mr. Richard C. (Pete) Loux received these materials during his tenure as a member of the Kansas State Corporation Commission. The collection includes personal notes taken by Loux, and court dockets concerning the Kansas Gas and Electric Company and the Kansas City Power and Light Company related to their involvement with the Wolf Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The collection also includes materials from other power plants in the United States which were undergoing license and rate reviews, and annual reports for KG & E and KCP & L.
